HPS Marketing Planning Lead (m/f) Description -: Job Summary: The Marketing Planning team is looking for a strong planner to help drive the Planning Cycle and ensure execution for the HPS Marketing Organization to the achievement of strategic objectives of the organization. This role will lead the integrated cycles for L2/L3s teams. You will translate the leaders’ priorities into planning actions (from strategic choices to decisions and implementation) to drive a high-impact plan execution for the HPS Marketing organization. Throughout the year, you will establish organization-level business management controls to maximize budget utilization, minimize risks and allow for the agility to plan for opportunity. This role also will be responsible for enabling cross-functional L2 planning integration & enablement, with a focus on supporting smart choice points with diplomacy. You will also demonstrate excellent team leadership and development skills.
