Location: On-Site, Montreal Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus + benefits The Opportunity Valnet is seeking a Portfolio Associate to own the commercial, financial, and operational performance of one or more digital brands. This role blends strategic P&L ownership with hands-on execution across revenue, content, audience growth, and product monetization. You will act as the central operator for your brand(s), driving profitability, scaling commerce initiatives, and evolving the business from a single-site model into a diversified, multi-surface ecosystem. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and optimization. Key Responsibilities P&L & Commercial Ownership: - Own full P&L performance at the EBITDA level, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. - Manage and scale commerce, affiliate, newsletter, sponsorship, and emerging revenue streams. - Develop and expand repeatable business offerings such as commerce hubs, newsletters, evergreen content products, and landing-page funnels.
