Our verified organic grass-fed beef brands, Acres Organic and Right to Roam, are both packed exclusively at Rockhampton. The plant employs approximately 560 team members with a processing capacity of 700 head of cattle per day, operating 6 days per week. About the Role: Based at our Rockhampton Plant, we are currently recruiting a Livestock Clerk to join our team in a casual capacity. Reporting to the Livestock Manager, the Livestock Clerk provides high quality admin support to the Livestock team whilst working with a wide range of stakeholders including sale yards and buyers.
