As an experienced dispatcher with Goettl, you’ll be a vital part of our service team, ensuring that every HVAC and plumbing service request is handled smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for deploying technicians to job sites, managing schedules, confirming customer satisfaction, and handling rescheduling when needed.
