As a site supervisor , I am responsible for delivering excellent customer service to visitors and staff while supporting a secure, compliant, and safe working environment. My duties include monitoring site activity, identifying risks, and escalating any issues promptly, as well as managing access control processes, visitor management, contractor sign‑in, and ID verification. I carry out internal and external patrols, inspections, and thorough incident reporting, alongside supporting CCTV monitoring, alarm response, and general security operations.
