This role owns outcomes across the software development lifecycle—planning, delivery, quality, and continuous improvement—while partnering closely with product, architecture, integration, security, and quality teams to scale engineering practices across the organization. The Director drives execution of strategic initiatives using Agile Scrum and manages keep the-lights-on work using Kanban to ensure predictable delivery, operational stability, and measurable improvements in software quality and developer productivity.
