Job DetailsJob Location: HQ - Murray, UT 84107Position Type: Full TimePurpose: The BaaS Assistant Controller position supports controllership and financial oversight of a fastgrowing Banking as a Service platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of financial records through robust bank account reconciliations, partner level accounting, and strong internal controls. The position will oversee accounting for BaaS products and review reconciliations of client activity. Additionally, the role involves designing and building internal control and reconciliation frameworks for new fintech partners during onboarding, while ensuring overall compliance with regulatory, contractual and internal requirements. The ideal candidate combines a strong conceptual understanding of accounting with hands on experience with internal controls, reconciliations, operational finance, and cross functional collaboration in a high volume, regulated environment. Tasks: Support the onboarding of new lending and BIN/payment programs, including financial setup, account structures, process design, and coordination with Product, Operations, Treasury, and Compliance teams.
