Job description

Purpose of the Role This role is responsible for mechanical building services design, decarbonisation assessments and Building Performance Optimisation for the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Consultancy team services on various project types and for various clients. The main responsibility is in the area of project delivery assisting senior team members, energy modelling, building performance operational assessments and reporting to their assigned team leaders. Key Responsibilities: · Develops contacts within the industry and with clients. · Develops a good relationship with Clients and Fellow Professionals. · Works with the senior members of the team to deliver projects. · Conducts visual surveys when required. · Ensures projects are delivered to the highest technical standards. · Contributes towards the quality control on projects. · Prepares calculations/specifications and drawings, ensuring they are appropriate and comply with the clients brief. · Co-ordinates their design works with other Engineers within the team. · Takes part in multiple projects in parallel where necessary. · Anticipates difficulties and proposes solutions for constant improvement. · Is able to present...
