Description Direct Supervisor: Department Chair, Department of Biostatistics and Epidemiology FTE: 100%, 12-month appointment: Appointment Type: Research Track: Title/Rank: Assistant Professor of Research: Primary Location: Oklahoma City: Deadline: Open until filled: Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct individually-initiated and collaborative biostatistical research. - Teach graduate-level courses in biostatistics, direct and advise masters and doctoral level students, and work with other faculty in developing and maintaining interdisciplinary graduate programs through joint planning, team teaching, and cooperative research. - Mentor investigators across campus and at partner institutions in research design and data analysis, as well as provide statistical consultation and collaborative research support. - Participate in faculty governance and oversight through committee membership at the department, college and university levels. Engage in service to the public and in professional service activities.
