Overview We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Employee Experience Assistant to support our London office while also assisting with travel and coordination for our European team. This is a junior, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, is detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a smooth and welcoming workplace experience for employees and visitors. What you'll be doing: Travel & Coordination Support (Europe) - Assist with booking travel (flights, hotels, transport) via Egencia - Help manage travel changes and respond to basic queries - Support coordination of accommodation for interns, new hires, and events - Assist with airport transfers and general travel logistics Office & Reception Support (London): - Meet and greet visitors and manage front-of-house duties - Book and set up meeting rooms - Handle post, deliveries, and couriers - Keep the office tidy, organised, and well-stocked - Order office supplies, food, and services as needed Employee & Onboarding Support (London): - Assist with onboarding new starters (office tours, basic setup, guidance) - Help create a welcoming and positive office environment - Support internal and external employee...
