Position Overview: Provide secretarial and administrative support for all faculty and staff in the department. Responsible for the functioning of the office or department and to maintain a neat and welcoming environment. Initiates and handles correspondence relating to a department or program. Performs a variety of daily tasks and should be able to multi-task in a common area environment including greeting and directing students and guests in a welcoming manner. Produce documents of various levels of complexity, ranging from plain copy typing to the manipulation of data to create presentations.
