Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of production operations. Responsible for overseeing and managing production shift employees and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Oversees production operations on the assigned shift. Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations. Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment. Ensures that products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly. Troubleshoots issues that arise. Works collectively with scheduling, purchasing, shipping, maintenance, and customer service to ensure a cost-effective product delivered on-time.
