About the role: Working from a child centred approach, the aim is to ensure that young people are supported therapeutically through the safe provision of a physically, emotionally, and culturally appropriate environment in a residential setting. The House Leader will work on shift with the young people and provide assistance in the day-to-day operations of the residential setting. This will include supporting Youth Workers, managing house funds, liaising with Stakeholders, attending appointments, administration and report writing.
