About the Role: We are seeking a proactive People and Culture Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function and workplace operations. You will gain exposure to core HR processes, serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, play a key role in onboarding, support HR systems/data/processes, and own the day-to-day workplace operations that enable employees to do their best work. What You'll Do: Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle: - Own onboarding coordination from offer acceptance through first 90 days - Partner with hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up for success - Track onboarding progress and follow up on key milestones - Continuously improve onboarding processes and experience HR Operations & Systems: - Maintain HR systems (Paylocity, Lattice, benefits platforms) with a high level of accuracy - Support policy development and completion - Support reporting, audits, and compliance requirements - Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries - Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions Workplace Operations: - Serve as the on-site People & Culture point of contact for day-to-day needs - Manage office o...
