Sales Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential. Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services Prepare bids, weekly reports and asset in coaching Sales Reps on cold calling new and existing customers.
