In this role, you will lead sensitive investigations where your judgment, integrity, and analytical approach matter every day. You will partner closely with Legal, Human Resources, Compliance, Audit, and senior stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Your work will translate evidence into actionable outcomes that improve controls, processes, and trust. As an Investigator in the EMEA Investigations Team , you will be responsible for conducting employee investigations with an analytical mindset to identify wrongdoing and protect the reputation of the company. You will conduct complex and sensitive employee investigations involving fraud and Code of Conduct violations and will coordinate with other senior level bank employees in Legal, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compliance, and/or Audit throughout the course of any investigation.
