Fluidra ’s looking for a CI Production Manager to join our team in West Valley City, UT WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: The C I Production Manager will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow to ensure optimal resource utilization and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing productivity across the organization. Additionally, you will: Workforce Utilization and Workflow Analysis: - Analyze and assess workforce utilization to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimal staffing levels. - Plan and optimize workflow processes to streamline operations and minimize bottlenecks, maximizing productivity. - Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide accurate information for management decisions. Compliance and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): - Ensure that all direct reports adhere to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines. - Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee understanding and adherence to SOPs.
