Location: Rosedale Office Building Department: Process Improvement Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Sr. Specialist works collaboratively with teams and department leaders throughout Cook Children Healthcare System (CCHCS) to demonstrate our values and achieve Our Promise through the implementation of process improvement initiatives and programs. The Sr. Specialist acts as an internal expert, consultant and organizational process improvement champion who leads departmental and cross-functional teams, and assists with the coaching and mentoring of Green Belts, through all aspects of the continuous improvement effort using Lean, Six Sigma and other effective strategies and methodologies. The Sr. Specialist facilitates the identification, understanding and improvement of process issues by using appropriate quantitative and qualitative tools.
