Position Overview The Sr. Manager, Fulfillment provides strategic and operational leadership for all fulfillment activities at the Obetz facility, including picking, packing, shipping, labor planning, and workflow optimization. This role oversees multiple fulfillment functions and leaders, ensuring operational execution aligns with enterprise service levels, financial targets, and customer expectations. The Sr. Manager is accountable for scaling operations during peak seasons while driving operational discipline, workforce engagement, and continuous improvement across the facility. This position partners closely with Assembly, Receiving, Inventory Control, Transportation, Systems, and HR to ensure efficient product flow and seamless execution across the broader operations network. The Sr. Manager translates enterprise strategy into operational execution while ensuring Obetz fulfillment operations are positioned to support long-term growth and increased capacity demands.
