This role works closely with Land, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams to interpret title documentation, maintain ownership decks, and assist with division order processes. The ideal candidate has foundational experience in division orders or oil and gas title work, with preferred experience in Oklahoma and/or Arkansas. Key Responsibilities: Review and interpret title documents including deeds, leases, title opinions, probate documents, assignments, and curative instruments. Assist in determining ownership interests for new wells, acquisitions, divestitures, and leasehold changes. Identify basic title defects and coordinate curative requirements under supervision.
