General Summary of Position: The Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences is seeking a Finance and Business Manager. This position will oversee the business and financial functions of the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences, and will provide support, solutions, and guidance regarding business and financial matters to academic units of the college. In addition, this position works closely with other members of the Dean’s office to assist with the daily functions of the college to ensure needs are being met and to advance the mission of the college and university. Essential Job Duties: - Manage business and financial transactions for the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences in accordance with University policies and procedures and in collaboration with appropriate university units, such as Budget and Human Resources; - Assist with the oversight of financial resources for the Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences; track, monitor and help prepare the college budget; - Perform a high level of confidential administrative support for the Deans’ Office and College, related to, for example, reimbursements, payroll actions, and contracts; - Maintain spreadsheets and generate reports, especia...
