We are recruiting a Medical Sales Representative Team Leader to lead and develop a territory‑based field team in Romania working within digestive health . This is a hands‑on leadership role combining people management, field coaching and personal territory responsibility . You will ensure consistent, high‑quality execution across multiple territories while maintaining credibility through your own customer interactions.
