Helpdesk Engineer | Brighton | 26-30k My client, a growing successful IT Support company in Brighton are currently seeking an experienced Help Desk Engineer to join the team. This is a full-time permanent position with a salary of up to 30k, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for remote support to end-users from the Brighton office, as well as technical on site support for some clients. Key Responsibilities: - Commissioning new tenancies on Office 365 - Providing technical support to clients, both remotely and on-site - Installing and configuring desktops, laptops and printers - Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issue Skills & Experience: For the full job spec and further information regarding bonuses, apply with an up to date CV! - Proven experience in a similar IT support role - Office 365 experience is vital for this role, particularly commissioning new tenancies on Office 365 - Experience dealing with end-users in person and on the phone - Experience supporting SME's would be beneficial, particularly having worked for an MSP - Experience supporting and installing desktops and laptops (Windows 8-11 Pro)
