Company: Marsh Description: The MMB Analytics team are key to driving forward the analytics proposition internally within the organisation and to Clients, operating as experts within the business in order to help the organisation provide a competitive advantage through analytics. Having grown in size and remit in recent years, the team are looking to continue this trend going forward and hence will be looking to you to embrace this challenge. We are looking for someone to support one of our existing analytics solutions. You will be involved in ensuring the product is operational and acting as part of our Front Line support group. We will count on you to: - Working with our enablement specialist to triage product bugs and identify the root cause of issues - Monitoring the daily jobs and data loads to the product to ensure they have worked - Checking the data output on the Front End of our products - Raising issues and bugs found in the product - Diving deeper into the data to find where issues exist within the pipeline or at source - Supporting on resolution of bugs alongside the development team - Completing release tasks assigned to you by the release manager - Updating configurat...
