Become a part of our caring community The Principal Provider Technology Platform Owner will serve as the strategic and technical lead for Humana's provider technology platforms. The Technology Leadership Principal provides strategic advice and guidance to functional team(s). Highly skilled with broad, advanced technical experience. The Principal will define platform capabilities, drive modernization and integration efforts, and ensure alignment with enterprise goals. The Technology Leadership Principal works with engineering and business teams to define and maintain strategic roadmap for all provider servicing platforms. Lead platform rationalization efforts to reduce complexity and improve scalability. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Ensure platforms align with North Star Architecture and business priorities. Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineering teams to deliver platform modernization. Works with senior executives to develop and drive segment or enterprise-wide functional strategies.
