Job Title: Water Program Engineer & GIS Manager Job Summary: Water Programs Engineering and GIS Manager supports the Los Alamos Legacy Cleanup Contract for the U.S. Department of Energy Environmental Management Los Alamos Field Office. The Water Program includes surface water monitoring and corrective actions, groundwater monitoring, and environmental well drilling. Work is conducted across the Los Alamos National Laboratory in Northern New Mexico. In this position you will ensure all activities and operations are performed in a safe and deliberate manner; will maintain required safety, security and operational training; assure procedural and regulatory compliance; and make safety and security an integral part of every task including taking the necessary steps to stop work if it is deemed unsafe or compromises security.
