Responsibilities: The Revenue Cycle Director provides comprehensive leadership and oversight of end-to-end revenue cycle operations within a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting. This role partners closely with ancillary departments, HIM, and Case Management to ensure accurate documentation, timely coding, and effective management of DNFB to support revenue integrity and compliance. The Director actively monitors key performance indicators, including DNFB, AR days, and denial trends, implementing process improvements to optimize cash flow in a lean-resource environment.
