Provides ongoing education, coaching, and mentoring to assigned staff. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Monitors reports as outlined by department leader to ensure daily workflow/volumes are managed, opportunities are identified, and interventional results are realized and acted upon. May post metrics and progress data at the local level. - Works in collaboration with the department leader in oversight of day-to-day operations and problem solving. - Identifies and gathers pertinent performance/quality concerns and addresses them as appropriate. - Participates in the performance review process by soliciting peer feedback, collating on behalf of department leader, and providing input. - Assists with oversight and supervision of staff to include staff planning/attendance, management/recording and time off process.
