JOB POSITION: The Key Holder fills in for the Manager and assists in opening and closing duties. The KH creates a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and by telephone. The KH does side work duties for the Crafting Department, keeps it supplied, clean and running efficiently.
