This role is responsible for leading the marketing of the company's brands in alignment with overall business strategies across both large and small retail accounts. The position serves as the Category Manager for assigned customers, ensuring effective brand positioning and category growth. Additionally, the role focuses on developing the sales and communication skills of direct reports, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
