Account Service Representative - Sales Support

Job description

The primary focus of the Account Service Representative is to support NA sales teams through content and collateral creation, Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and client ‑ facing deliverables, and event support. A Day in the Life: This position will report to the Manager, Sales Support. What You’ll Do: - Coordinate with team members to complete final production, packaging, and delivery of proposal documentation for RFPs, and marketing collateral for the sales organization. - Ensure all RFP responses and sales and marketing collateral is consistent, compelling, and brand aligned. - Partner with SMEs across the organization to gather and validate information. - Content and collateral management in Salesforce library, ensuring branding accuracy. - Coordinate in JIRA for co-branded corporate partner assets. - Sales communications, including presentation development and maintenance, updating to keep fresh and relevant. - Identify opportunities to streamline sales and marketing collateral and RFP processes. - Assist with larger corporate events.
