Lead Technical Program Manager, Network Delivery Implementation

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management, program operations, and program design. - 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role. Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure, deployment, or design of networks in hyperscale data centers. - 7 years of experience managing teams across distributed geographical locations, and ability to develop teams and provide leadership to both formal and indirect reports. - Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and frameworks to automate workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and accelerate program execution. - Knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components. - Excellent problem-solving, quantitative and presentation skills.
