The Home Maintenance Officer is responsible for supporting clients to remain living safely and independently in their homes by delivering subsidised and fee-for-service maintenance services. The role provides practical handyman support, conducts risk assessments, offers referrals where appropriate, and contributes to the overall viability and performance of the Home Maintenance Program. This position operates under general direction and supports the safety, dignity, and independence of clients through timely and effective property maintenance services. This role operates in accordance with the Home & Yard Maintenance Service Delivery Model and is responsible for delivering home maintenance services safely, respectfully and within approved scope.
