POSITION SUMMARY: The Associate CNO, Perioperative Services is a key leadership position within the organization’s perioperative department , responsible for clinical oversight and operational performance across all perioperative areas. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care while optimizing efficiency and resource utilization. The role partners with surgeons, nursing, anesthesia, and administrative leaders to achieve departmental goals and uphold the organization’s standards of excellence, with accountability for quality outcomes, throughput, and financial stewardship.
