JOB SUMMARY: The Maintenance Supervisor reports to the Maintenance/Facility Manager and is responsible for the strategic planning, direction, and coordination of facility production equipment maintenance, as well as the upkeep of building mechanical and electrical systems. This role includes coaching, guiding, training, and developing department personnel to promote safe and efficient work practices. The Maintenance Supervisor also ensures compliance with internal controls, safeguarding assets, providing reliable financial information, and adhering to laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise maintenance employees across all shifts (day and night, if applicable). - Manage the safe installation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and coordinate all maintenance work with impacted departments. - Develop and implement service programs and preventative maintenance plans, using quality procedures and work instructions. - Foster a positive work environment by mentoring employees and supporting skill development. - Assign responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise. - Maintain and repair all facility mechanic...
