Overview THE ROLE: This position provides technical support for the Herbalife LaCore Manufacturing site to facilitate new product introduction, assure supply continuity, and improve product quality and manufacturing process efficiency. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:• Own the development and revision of manufacturing procedures for blending and packaging (master batch records revisions).• Lead cross functional team for process improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, manufacturing efficiency and deliver cost savings.• Complete investigations regarding manufacturing opportunities related to raw material, process design and product events.• Complete statistical studies to evaluate process capability and analytical results to optimize formula and process design. • Develop and draft rework procedures related to blending and packaging events.• Lead formula changes (e.g., overages, excipient amount/grade) to commercial products to ensure high process capability within the Herbalife project management system (Agile PPM system).• Approve formula specifications to ensure raw material inputs meet label claims and method capability.• Develop and lead Pilot, Process Verification studies...
