Job description

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges. JOB SUMMARY - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: The Computer Scientist - openMCT will direct software and systems engineering services, within a working group. You will identify potential risks, provide technical guidance, foster collaboration to achieve development goals, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure system stability to meet schedule test goals. Job Duties & Experience: - Expert proficiency in Java and enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot) for modular software design. - Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript, and modern web development practices. - Expert experience with designing and implementing REST APIs, WebSockets, and real-time data integration between Java backends and Vue frontends. - Ability to work with time-serie...
