Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience leading personnel security and insider threat/counterintelligence programs either in the Intelligence Community (IC) or the Department of Defense (DoD), or within industry in support of the IC or DOD. - 7 years of experience in people management. - Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in standup, management, and execution of insider threat and counterintelligence programs. - Experience in implementing security engineering controls (e.g., DLP, Privileged-Access Management, Zero Trust Architecture) to support insider threat detection and mitigation programs.
