Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Controller to lead the accounting and financial operations of our manufacturing facility in Sylmar, CA. This fully onsite role will oversee all accounting functions, manage cost accounting and inventory processes, ensure accurate monthly financial reporting, and partner with operations leadership to drive financial performance. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing experience, expertise in cost accounting, and a proactive leadership approach.
