Description The Senior Project Interior Designer is a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping, leading, and evolving the interior design experience across multiple Blue Heron homes. This role balances high-level creative direction and business accountability, while also directly leading complex, high-visibility luxury residential projects. In addition to delivering exceptional interiors, the Senior Project Interior Designer serves as a mentor, decision-maker, and trusted partner to leadership helping manage risk, and ensure interior design excellence is delivered consistently, profitably, and at scale.
