Job description

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team, carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and associated remedial works across our social housing properties. This is a hands‑on role where quality, safety and customer service are key. You’ll work autonomously while being supported by an experienced management and operational team. 📍 Location: Based out of our Norwich office, working in, Norwich, Lowestoft and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities: Carry out EICRs to BS 7671 (current edition) across domestic social housing properties Complete identified remedial works , including: Consumer unit upgrades Circuit repairs or rewires: Earthing and bonding upgrades: Replacement of accessories and faulty components Accurately identify and code non‑compliances, providing clear recommendations Complete digital electrical certification for all works undertaken Deliver work to a high standard while meeting deadlines and legislative requirements Manage customer enquiries professionally and courteously Act as a mentor to apprentices/trainees , supporting their development Take responsibility for your own Health, Safety and Welfare , and...
