Overview The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the effective utilization of resources and equipment to ensure the daily operations of the distribution warehouse are performed in a timely, accurate and safe manner. Job Category: Salaried/Exempt: Department: Plant Management: Reports To: Operations Manager: Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, additional hours as needed. Responsibilities: KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES: · Meet departmental KPI’s and goals · Provide strategic input for issues affecting the department. · All customer changes to schedules are noted and shipping schedule is accurate. · All SAP transactions pertaining to shipments (deliveries, PGIs) are performed in a timely manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in warehouse functions - Ensure all Receiving processes are properly carrier out, with high quality & performance - Ensure accuracy of all SAP receipts are completed timely (within 24hrs) by the team - Communicate Receiving Issue to Procurement team; actively resolve receiving issues - Material Identification (Labeling) meets the defined standards - Maintain accurate inventory levels in assigned areas of respon...
