At PCHC, our Primary Care Team RNs are embedded right in the clinic, working side-by-side with providers and care teams to deliver truly connected, patient-centered care. This is a dayside role with nights and weekends off , giving you the balance to do meaningful work and have time for life outside of it. You’ll practice at the top of your license in an innovative care model focused on improving access, removing barriers, and creating a seamless patient experience.
