The opportunity Reporting into the Program Services Manager, the Senior Quality Advisor provides quality leadership and assurance across construction programs and projects delivered through the Logan Water Partnership, a long‑term alliance between Logan City Council and Downer Utilities. The role is responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of quality outcomes across the alliance’s works program, in alignment with The Downer Standard (TDS), Delivery Governance Management (DGM), contractual obligations, and relevant statutory and industry requirements. The Senior Quality Advisor delivers proactive governance through audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives across the full construction lifecycle. The role works closely with alliance teams, Logan City Council representatives, and subcontractors to support embedded quality practices and achieve compliant, high‑quality outcomes. Regular travel across construction sites is a core component of the role.
