The role focuses on ensuring technical quality, managing safety risks, and supporting project delivery across multiple phases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Contract Preparation & Project Realization Develop functional technical contract specifications: Prepare verification and validation plans: Compile risk assessments and mitigation measures Draft technical requirements for flood defences and hydraulic structures Contribute to cost estimates for civil engineering projects Review contractor documentation and provide technical evaluations 2.
