The Fire Sprinkler Journeyman performs tasks at various job sites. The role requires a skilled tradesperson responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing fire sprinkler systems in commercial and industrial buildings. The Fire Sprinkler Journeyman requires advanced knowledge of fire protection codes and standards, local AHJ requirements, and safety protocols to ensure that sprinkler systems are operational and meet all regulatory requirements. The Journeyman will work closely with other professionals to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Install fire sprinkler systems, piping, and associated equipment according to blueprints, local codes, and safety regulations. Inspect, test, and repair existing fire sprinkler systems to ensure functionality and compliance with safety standards.
