Who we are looking for State Street is seeking a Managing Director to serve as the Global Head of Performance & Analytics Product Developmen t. This role is responsible for defining and executing the global product development strategy for State Street’s Performance & Analytics product suite, ensuring that platform capabilities, technology modernization, and delivery outcomes support long‑term business strategy, client needs, and enterprise priorities. The role operates at a senior leadership level within the Product organization and partners closely with Product Management, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Commercial teams. The successful candidate will lead a globally distributed organization and play a key role in shaping the evolution of State Street’s analytics platforms in a complex, regulated, and client‑driven environment.
