Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment What you will be doing: Working under the supervision of the General Counsel, the Senior Corporate Counsel - Employment will be primarily providing legal advice, guidance, and support to Premier’s human resources organization. This position will function as the key legal resource overseeing all areas of employment, benefit management, vendor and supplier management, litigation support, policy management, mergers and acquisition support, HR compliance, and various other areas as they relate to Human Resources. The position requires working independently on complex legal matters with various business teams and senior management and providing legal guidance that is clear and actionable in a time sensitive manner. The position will interact with Premier executives’ vendors, regulatory agencies and with outside counsel on assigned matters. Additional responsibilities will include training sessions on relevant legal matters, monitoring current legal developments related to areas of responsibility as assigned by the General Counsel.
