Description Position Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration. This role will serve as a key partner to managers and employees, ensuring HR practices align with company policies and applicable employment laws. Duties: a) Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and certifications. b) Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. c) Completes new hire orientation as to the company as well as benefits orientation. d) Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. e) Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants,...
