Regional Emergency Communications Emergency Communications Specialists earn an additional $4,000 per year for providing emergency communication services for police and fire departments for the Cities of Keller, Southlake, Colleyville, and Town of Westlake. Hiring Incentives: Applicants who have a minimum of one (1) year of experience as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher are eligible for: - A $2,500 sign-on Incentive - A $2,500 relocation stipend for living further than 75 miles from Keller Police Department - Lateral entry based on years of experience.
